Just rude.

I assisted my daughter to E.R. for my grandsons breathing. The Lady in the pediatrics E.R. was so rude. We were telling her why we brought my grandson in who is 3-weeks old. She let me know I shouldn't even be here with my grandson I asked who is she to tell me that. I tried to record her but the staff came in quickly, but again nothing for breathing. I would like for Sutter Medical Center to pay more Attention to who they give jobs to in E.R. We come here because it's emergency and not to be treated any kind of way. Just rude also called security the other nurses where present when she spoke so foul. They took her, talked real fast and not enough done. They are still walking around like nothing is going to happen.
