I had used this baker before with no issues. Lots of great reviews and thought I could use her for my wedding cake. I paid $100 deposit fee which was all she said was due. She came back to say a retainer fee was due of $125. I thought it was odd because she said I didn't know my venue or date even though I had already sent that to her so why would more be due? I sent it anyways. Few months later I decided to add on delivery fee and asked her to update the contract. It has been 6 months now of me asking multiple times and her constantly stating she'll send it and never does. I finally told her we decided we want to go with someone else and we want our money back because this seems unreliable if you can't update my contract how can I trust you'll deliver my wedding cake. She is now ignoring me and won't send me my full amount back even though she's in breach of her contract due to negligence. I'm upset and just want to get my money back so we can find a new and trustworthy baker. I have the full conversation saved in screenshots and payment slips. Resolution Sought Give me full return back of $225.
