Tablet Express was a distributor for an LED watch that I ordered on ebay. The ad for the watch was misleading compared to the actual product. The ad did not say that, in order to see the time/date on the watch, you had to physically push a button and wait a couple seconds for the display to come on, otherwise the screen was blank. Nor did it say that the LED display was too weak to be read outside in daylight. The watch also had quality problems (about 5 minutes too fast per month, as well as random occurrences of spurious self-resetting of time/date necessitating a time consuming setup operation).

After 5 weeks of light use, the watch stopped working altogether, the screen suddenly went permanently blank and could not be resurrected by any user action. At that time I wrote to Tablet Express, explaining the situation and asking them to refund the purchase price. Their response was that I needed to upload the pictures of the problem, which I spent the time and effort to take the photos and upload them. When the photos were uploaded, Tablet Express responded, without elaboration, that they would not accept a return, meaning there would be no accommodation for the worthless product they sold me, without an explanation as to why they asked me to waste my time taking and uploading those photos.

A shady company making money hyping and selling worthless products, as well as extending a shabby treatment to their customers.

Don't waste your time or money buying from this company. I ordered a tablet for my daughter's birthday gift expecting it to arrive on time, or atleast arrive eventually. I got an email from them saying they sent the wrong product and to refuse delivery when it arrived so they could send me the product I ordered. Irritated, I waited on the product to arrive. It never did. I contact them and told them I had still yet to receive any package. They then tried to charge me for the product I didn't order or receive and still refused to ship the product I ordered. So I waited longer to see if the item would arrive and a month later it still hasn't! Tablet express still refuses a refund or to send me the tablet I ordered. This company is a joke. Don't waste your time or money.
