In December of 2023 I was a victim of fraud for the above amount. Target took care of it and sent me a new card. That till today I have not used because I don't till fraud is resolved. Target informed me they received a credit from fraud merchant. Yet, now they want to charge me for their credit. This is ?? a Target error. I then again again I filed a fraud claim when one of Target's representatives told me this is the only way to resolve. The merchant will not give another credit since they gave the credit for original fraud. Now the fraud is being committed by Target toward me. Charging me 274.48 for merchandise I never ordered or received. This ordeal has gone on for over 3 months and because of a Target mistake they have not corrected. My account is to be at zero (0)! Resolution Sought Correct their mistake and put my account at zero. And to reimburse me for the 3 months of my time and agony I have had to do under and in attempting to correct THEIR mistake.

I've tried to resolve this thru target with the best possible result for everyone in which target is reimbursed their funds as well as am I and my credit that I've worked tirelessly for years to keep at an outstanding number can be restored. My target card was used by someone in my daughters mothers household, initially during the month of July-August I had paid off the card in full so I thought no payment was due but I still tried to set up auto pay in September so I was covered but there was an issue with that. As soon as I realized the autopay wasn't set up and that there was a balance in the month of October I made a payment but it had passed the time as to where my credit reports would be effected. I spoke with target and explained the situation, my child's mother said she would reimburse me over time and I would just cover the extra. One of the representatives did remove the missed payment for September but didn't remove October (which shouldn't have been late anyways as I made two payments in Oct) and I think I upset one of the employees because she did remove Octobers late payment status but went back and undid the September missed payment that the other employee had fixed due to understanding the issue with auto payment and the fraud that was committed by my child's mother or her siblings. I don't understand how one worker can undo the rightful decision of another but I would hope to get this resolved. Resolution Sought I just need target to remove the September late payment which they did once but out of anger another representative went back and changed it which is terrible. If not I will go forward with the fraud case against my daughters mothers household and those items she purchased will never be reimbursed as she doesn't have the funds to do so but I am willing to cover it in order to repair my credit. Things are so tough right now and the initial employee determined I was correct so please help!
