My father Melvin Shaller pays his bills online. He had a balance with Target Circle Card if 161,00 He by accident, almost 2 months ago paid 16000.00, We have called 5 times, They continue telling us to be patient. His bills are now bouncing because of this. This is almost 6 weeks they have had this credit. Resolution Sought Send my my overpayment of 15,889.33 and also file a complaint or something more against them. This is an outrage.

I updated my address in the app and for some reason it didn't go all the way thru and my order was delivered to my old address and they refuse to refund or replace Resolution Sought Refund or replacement. Replacement preferred
