I placed an order for a police officer Halloween costume for my 7 y.o. son from target. It was shipped from a third party seller "Halloweencostumes.com". Well, it wasn't shipped. I received a Donald Duck costume for a 3 y.o instead. I called to see what happened. I was told the wrong item was shipped, so I was to fix their mistake.l by printing out a label and return the costume to a staples or UPS (far away from where I love), with no attempt to rectify and send me my original order. I have been a target red card holder for over 20 years. I was so disappointed with Target's customer service, I cancelled my card. I'm a nurse and single mom with other things going on. It shouldn't be my responsibility to fix an error made on the retailers end. I would like to confirm a full refund and gas money /compensation for time spent for returning the item I don't pay for or requests. I treat patients with care and respect. What has happened to this county that costumer service is this bad? Thank you. Resolution Sought I would like compensation for time and gas to return the item I did not order.

I purchased 3 separate gift cards through my Target circle app and 2 of them were Visa debit gift cards and 1 of them was a starbucks gift card and when they delivered to my email address for usage I then opened it and attempted to use one at Honolulu Coffee company while on vacation and it declined. 1 gift card was for $200 and declined right when I used it and the second $200 gift card declined as well. I contacted target and my reference number is #263012831 and they said I needed to contact Visa for any gift card errors. I then contacted Visa gift card customer service line and they said I needed to contact target for a refund/dispute. I then contacted my bank Chase Banking J.p. morgan and they told me they are unable to help me since it was a direct ACH charge. I used my Target debit card which debits out of my checking account within a couple days and now my reference number for my dispute request with chase is #755062823280001. The gift cards i received via email do not work and keep declining and I spent money on these gift cards for nothing at this point and I would like to report target for non-compliance and for also illegally selling gift cards that are a scam and have $0 funds on them and collecting money on them. Please contact me to help me with this dispute and ask that Target refund me what didn't work which was the gift cards I purchased on the app. Resolution Sought Refund me. total of $459.50. 1 transactions for april 11th was $206, the second one was for $206, and the third charge was for $47.50
