Absurd Cancellation Fees

After consistently providing unreliable for both Internet and Phone, we wanted still stick it out and upgraded service in hopes of getting some improvement. Nothing changed, phones go out randomly, internet goes out randomly and they do not want to take responsibility and want to foot me a bill for 100% of my remaining contract. This is over $15,000. As a small business, this is not something that is reasonable. I have offered to pay for equipment installation fees but they still refused. Totally unreasonable company, DO NOTsign ANY contracts with them. They get your money and dont deal with you until your contract is over. They then try to woo you into extending your contract promising better service and more communication between the two parties. Its no wonder they filed for bankruptcy in April 2013.
