It was the worst experience I've ever had. Bought a car outright from Caption Motors in October and Texas Auto Concept took over their lease. I called for 4 month waiting for my Plates. I spoke to Maria who is a manager and I got her life story of why I did not have the plates. Got in touch with Eric another manager and he was more pleasant to talk to but also LOTS of excuses of my plates. I got the round around for months, no one did their job and I felt as if these people cannot possibly run a successful business. I finally got an answer to where my paperwork has been sitting (in the runners car name John, that no one cared to reach out to for months)and still no solution for another month. Asked to Fedx my plates finally and got the tracking number, but these idiots sent the plates USPS. You would think they would have known that tracking wouldn't work with Fedx. I just hope no one buys a car from these people cause it was a nightmare. I do not wish for money but needed others to hear what idiots I was dealing with for 4 months. The end of the story, I got my plates finally and I do not ever have to talk to these people. They need better customer service and get rid of Maria. She has no customer skills.
