Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I no longer use your service, due to failing health. Accordingly, I contacted your company recently (email) and asked that my membership be cancelled. Unfortunately, I received notification from my bank today, (to SP * THE CHIVERY 8448895226 TX– $46.61) informing me that my membership had been renewed, contrary to my request. Could you please ensure that my membership is cancelled and this year's membership refunded. Resolution Sought Could you please ensure that my membership is cancelled and this year's membership refunded.
