Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

For about 25 years my paper was delivered & placed in my mail box that was divided in 2 sections - mail + paper, with the same door opening. Since The Desert Sun moved to AZ, they stopped putting it in the box, leaving it on the driveway sidewalk and gutter getting wet even through the thin plastic. I called numerous times to find out what was going on. I later found out I was always speaking to people in foreign country. Totally frustrated I finally got in touch with a local supervisor. she said they would not be putting the paper in the mailbox that the delivery people are independent contractors - not Desert sun employees (like before). I built a seperate box for the paper attached to the side of the mail box. I wrote Desert Sun on the front & side of the new box & put a solar motion light on it. I still find the paper on the driveway, sidewalk, gutter sometimes. They are very inconsistant & I call every time it happens. I pay for the paper & it should be delivered where it's suppose to be. I don't know what else I can do - stand out there at 5am & wait for it? Resolution Sought I just want the paper to be delivered & put in the box I built for it. This is what I'm paying for. I do not have a computer, this is why I get the paper edition.

What do you mean by the delivery location for your delivery is "at Driveway?" Do you mean on the driveway? Where dogs can pee on it or get blown away by the strong winds out here? One day I received your response and the preveious day the paper was lying on the sidewalk! I think a 5 yr. old could put a paper in the box. Are these delivery people really able to do this job? Or do they just not care?
