Impossible to cancel and talk with someone who can help

I tried to cancel this digital subscription and the following month was billed again. Customer service could not help because it is a digital subscription, however, if I continued the Desert Sun, she could give me a discount! Oh brother! I asked to speak with a supervise or be provided a number of someone else I could speak to and was told, no. That since she worked from home, there was no one I could be referred to. She did not have a number of a supervisor or anyone I could follow up with. She again cancelled the subscription, which I will be watching! Be careful if you subscribe from this newspaper! Beyond their biased reporting, the Desert Sun has untethical business practices!
