Venue did not have an AED defibrillator.

The Fez holds receptions for hundreds of people. On Saturday, November 6, 2023 the mother of the groom suffered a cardiac arrest. Unbelievably she happened to be talking to a guest who was a physician at this time. This physician started cpr cardiac compressions on this unconscious woman and saved her life before EMS arrived. Unbelievably, the Fez has no AED defibrillator. If this physician hadn't been present the outcome would have been quite different. It is unacceptable for this facility not to have an AED when they host large groups. Get educated and buy an AED. An employee there actually said that you need special training to use an AED. Patently false it verbally walks you through every step.
