Bad experience. Unprofessional conduct, poor communication, lack of responsiveness, job incomplete.

My husband and I have had a really negative experience with this company. Throughout the entire time we have been frustrated by delays, poor communication and people not showing up. We are still waiting for them to correct the installation issues with our kitchen floor, and it's going on six months. The original layout we specified was not followed, and all the parties agreed it would be corrected. But there have only been broken promises of getting us "on the schedule."
