Unacceptable Covid safety towards customers
Every day owner of shop cuts hair without wearing or requiring customers to wear a mask. She says Inyo's Covid rules do not apply to her. She does not display a Mask Required sign at the entrance of her shop. This is a very unsafe establishment. Her attitude is openly defiant.

The owner of this shop opened during stay at home orders.
The owner of this shop opened during stay at home orders. She was closed and fined 1000.00. She refuses to wear a mask. She is in intimate contact with her clients and refuses to wear a mask. She needs to comply for the safety of her clients whom many are elderly.
