Poor Customer Service

We were referred to Victor at the Spa Connection by California Spas and Hot Tubs in Long Beach. Victor Campadonia came out to our home in August 2020 and gave us a quote. Victor was able to pick up the box and related equipment from Cal Home Spas to create the connection for our new hot tub. During the quote we asked for two additional outlets to be installed around the patio area. During the installation process we requested that an additional outdoor outlet be upgraded to a GFCI in accordance with the National Electrical Code for all outdoor outlets. All the work was completed in August 2020. In December 2020 was using the upgraded outlet to plug in Christmas lights when I noticed that the upgraded GFCI was loose and started to spark. When I called Victor he said that sparking could cause a fire. I asked him to come out and take a look at it or send his team to look at it. Victor Campadonia basically said it was my problem. The loose outlet is not my problem and the quality of work should have been checked by Victor's team before telling me they were done. Victor could have been having a bad day but that is not an excuse for being rude to customers.
