This company keeps telling me I'm Late and I'm never late making multiple I mean multiple payments every month and they say it's due on the 25 th so payment posts and they change me a late free and reported to my credit we didn't pay!!!!! Resolution Sought Fix my credit score!! Take off the late fees!!

When into Marshall with my receipt for the merchandise I purchase two days ago. I want to buy something else as an exchange in put the remaining balance back on my debit card. I was told I can't do that. I have to get a refund first, then wait for my money to return on my card a few days. But I would have to purchase the items I wanted to exchange. That's a rip off in they store policy it say refund and exchange, I shouldn't have to spend additional money while in the process of waiting for my refund to be process. That is not what's on they policy. Resolution Sought Make sure it's clearly written that there isn't really an exchange policy.
