Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Complainants allege non delivery of tickets duplicated tickets dissemination of incorrect ticket information or that internet orders are not processed. Some customers complain they incurr unauthorized credit card charges on monthly billing statements for products or services they did not order which they claim are a direct result of using the company's website. The company offers explanations regarding seating complaints explaining that a computer is responsible for assigning seats to events and maintain that all sales are final.

I had purchased three tickets and due to the fact that I had to have knee surgery. I had to cancel the tickets. they have been giving me the runaround about my money. They were telling me to go to Walmart and get a gift card so I can put the money onto that card. They went through my email to send me the tickets and I had a confirmation number for these last two days I had different people telling me different things wanted the people from Ticketmaster that's in California all I'm looking to do is to get my money back and they're giving me a hard way to go. I have purchased the tickets on April 20, 2025 but not knowing I had to go and do surgery. I asked to cancel my tickets and this is what they were telling me. Here is the confirmation number 5300933970, 5300933809 there were three tickets purchased by my gmail Resolution Sought Give me my money back that's it nothing more nothing less they just have been giving me the runaround and I can't get no results so I'm coming to you for help Ticketmaster #1800 653-8000

I sold Oasis tickets for their Scotland concert in August. They said it would take 5-7 business days to get my money from the tickets I sold. I recently was made aware of a tumor I have so I won't be able to attend anymore. I reached out to Ticketmaster and they told me to stop requesting help because they won't reply. I honestly think they just took my money and people on Reddit said even after a year they still haven't gotten their money back. I just want to get the money back from what I sold but I have no other way of getting them to help me. The only issue is I'm dealing with Ticketmaster UK and I live in Georgia. They are making it really difficult. Resolution Sought I just want my money from the tickets I sold.
