Buyer Be Aware… Ticket Master doesn't stand by their customer when they mess up.
I purchased 2 concert tickets through my ticket master account for a Christmas gift. I was very bummed when the communication I received was that my mobile tickets would be available 12/27/23. It still says that on my account. Well here we are on 2/17/24 and I never received the tickets. The first time I reached out I was told I would have hard copy tickets in 10 days. That was on 12/30/23. 3 days after my mobile tickets were supposed to be available. The second time they said 2 weeks before the event. Not sure if they are mobile or hard copy tickets. After sharing the info that I was promised something by a specific date that I have yet to receive and asking for a refund, Ticket Master says I should receive them in July about 2 weeks before the event and will not refund them. 6.5 months later than promised. This has caused so much anxiety because I don't know if I can believe anything they say now. I could be out 800 dollars and/ or not have an opportunity to purchase these tickets again 2 weeks before the event. Buyer be more than aware.

I'm sick of TM playing Monopoly with Taylor Swift tickets.
I'm sick of TM playing Monopoly with Taylor Swift tickets. It's disgusting that real fans can't even afford 3x resale prices and that TM gets paid when scalpers resale tickets for that much. It's my second time being waitlisted and the tickets haven't even been sold yet and they are already on other sites for 3x face value. I would like TM to either be brought down or for them to simply make tickets non transferrable like other countries did.
