Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Consumers are encouraged to take into consideration the company's CRI, their overall BCA letter rating and other relevant information about the company so they can make a well-informed purchasing decision.

Hello, my name is Venita Mary Johnson and I have been robbed do to a glitch in Tickets.com on line system. I'm 63yr old disabled senior citizen on a fixed income and I tried purchasing concert tickets as a surprise for my neice who helps me so much. I'm divorced with no children. We live in Norristown Pa, and the concert (Rare Essence) is in Washington, D.C. on 9/3/23 and the price was $48.00 each (2). I don't have a computer or laptop and was doing this on my android phone on line for the first time. I had to do it that way because I was paying for the tickets on my PayPal account because I didn't have any money. I saw a total of 148.00 and hit confirm and only after confirming it came up as $299.57 and I cried because I didn't authorize that and it had to be a glitch in their. I called them immediately and asked to please correct the error and switch those tickets for the correct ones and they told me no couldn't do it. I filed a complaint with PayPal telling them what happened and that came back denied today. I ordered tickets on 8/4 and incorrect tickets were for a concert in D.C. the very next day on the 5th. Please help me I just can't afford to lose that much money and it's just not right. I'm trying to pay off my PayPal account and didn't even have $300.00 in there. They said they sent the wrong tickets to my email address which I never looked at. Please, please try and help me receive my refund. Resolution Sought Refund my 299.57. They can tell I never used or printed those tickets. I haven't been to a concert in years and had no idea they're not refundable. Thanks again.
