I was misinformed regarding my coverage with my extended warranty.

I was misinformed regarding my coverage with my extended warranty. I was told I did not have to pay anything by the warranty company and the store Auto Options. I then was very mistreated because they did not receive there money from the warranty company after they called me and told me I was all good to go. I then tried to reason with them and told them I truly did not know how to handle this situation as I have never used my extended warranty before. I feel as a store owner they are the ones who should be informed before contacting the customer and completely the work on the vehicle. The owner and the receipt-inst said I could not leave with my four kids until the warranty company pays them. I then asked them why they called and told me everything was fixed and I could now pick up my vehicle. They said it was a mistake. Again this is another example of poor communication.
