Horrid customer service will not respond to emails or phone calls. No status update nor do I recieve my purchase.

This business is sadly very unreliable. I was sent a mass email saing here are the deets to your purchase. Items ordered between December 14th -20th will be under your tree by Christmas. Dont worry we got your back. Well they do not have my back. I never received my purchase not can I contact them to find anything out about it. Number I called said it was not working now it just rings twice and stops and emails go unanswered. For a cosmetic company that charges you dollar for their product sadly has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with and the most unprofessional company leaving their customers hanging with their mass emails. I looked online without logging into Twitter and it has several similar complaints. I ordered the sweet peach eyeshaddow pallet and lip gloss. I am also suppose to get a free peach bag for my 50.00 purchase along with a few other free items. My daughter so badly wanted this for Christmas and have tried but missed as it sold out in minutes when it was out the first time. Sadly she is very disappointed as they did not follow thru with their email saying they had my back amd it would be inder my tree by Christmas. This company will never get my business again.
