The outcome I would like is for them to be shut down and their website removed. It is false advertising.

This is more to let you know what this company is doing. I saw an ad on tv. Went to BrightFire.com. Now, I see it's called buybrightfire.com. you will see they say they have 100 fuel free lighters. I did not receive what I ordered. It takes butane. Their email is cs@toptorches.com, which is strange as well. When I called, they said they don't have 100 fuel free lighters. So, why wouldn't they let me know that? Instead they sent me a lighter that takes butane. I already received a full refund. They wanted to give me a 50 refund, but there was no way I was taking half back. They also said they didn't care what I did with the lighter. They say they have 100 fuel free lighters and they don't then when and if you complain, they try to give you half your money back.
