I believe this company Tophatter is a scam

I bid a lot from Tophatter every time I bid in low amount I get refund and cancel the item I win with out my authorization. I bid a lot from them when I received the item most of them are not working. I believed I'm not the only one who is the victim I assumed a lot. But I'm not representing them but I'm representing everyone. This need to be investigated as soon as possible and I believe this company Tophatter is a scam. Most of there electronics are from China the package is not even in the box of the products they just wrapped that in a small product. I spend thousand of dollars bidding this items but as I said majority are not broken. This need to be closed before we American get scam. I wrote with them but when they answer you back the issue their reply, is not been answered. I know I'm not the only one is victim here there are a lot. Close the company so many victims just afraid or don't know how and where to complain. Need this Tophatter to be investigated as soon as possible before holiday kick in
