No trip for me!!

After jumping through hoop after hoop after hoop to get my dates approved, paying the money for my "free trip" I now have no trip. Supposedly, the hotel cancelled my reservation one business day ago and there's nothing travel saver can do about it. No sorry. No nothing. Only option is if I want to pay $100 MORE per night. This company is a scam and doesn't do business well. The whole "if we make an exception for you, it's not fair to others" doesn't do well with me. I'm asking for good customer service. I'm asking to receive my trip that is still 25 days away. This is not the way to run a business and have returning customers...
