We made a payment of $1,780.00 on Jan 6 of this year and waited over six weeks for a refund, and it was sent to us in the wrong amount. Original error was on our part but the customer service was VERY rude and not helpful. Our other bills went unpaid because of this. They kept saying the check was on its way but it was not. Over six weeks and then they sent less than the refund. Acct# 105475177 Resolution Sought We want the additional amount of refund sent to us immediately and some sort of explanation that makes sense.
