Terrible billing practices and communications.

Stay away from this health provider. If you feel you are improperly billed do not bother with contesting the invoice. When I contested an invoice, they never communicated the outcome. They just sent another invoice with a past due statement! I called, was on hold for a very long time. Customer representative was good. However, answer was they thought the coding was correct, no call, no explanation, just sent another invoice. Customer representative asked if I wanted to try again. What for, they never called or communicated the first time, just we are right- you are wrong, no discussion. We will be switching to a different health provider.
