Terrible billing practices and communications.

Stay away from this health provider. If you feel you are improperly billed do not bother with contesting the invoice. When I contested an invoice, they never communicated the outcome. They just sent another invoice with a past due statement! I called, was on hold for a very long time. Customer representative was good. However, answer was they thought the coding was correct, no call, no explanation, just sent another invoice. Customer representative asked if I wanted to try again. What for, they never called or communicated the first time, just we are right- you are wrong, no discussion. We will be switching to a different health provider.

Fix their system or let the caller know they are not answering calls or tell the caller how many callers are in front of them or anticipated wait time

Unable to make telephone contact with provider. Their system puts you on hold telling you the next agent will be with in the order the call was received but that never happens. After extended time on hold the system redirects the caller back to the initial queue and the process starts all over again. It is an endless loop. Unacceptable for a health care provider.
