Please teach your people some customer service skills

Please teach your people some customer service skills PLEASE!!!! Not mad that I walked into the kia side and no one was there. I get it, people are understaffed. But there's no excuse even for a Monday morning to be talking like that to someone who chose to bring their car and wallet to you. Poked my head around for a few mins to try and find someone to talk to. Once I noticed the puddle on the floor from the leaking ceiling I kinda assumed I was in the wrong place. We drove around to the gm side and walked in since I seen at least one worker in. Soon as I uttered the word "kia" he snips back "well you're gonna have to take it to the kia side, THERES NOTHING WE CAN DO HERE" thats where you lost me.. I immediately turned around and walked out.. Soon as I got home I reported this to kia corporate. I suggest anyone that has had a bad experience do the same.. They need to get them in check down there.. Unacceptable.
