Best decision ever

Saved 2 points. Beat Wells Fargo by points and service. So understanding and kind. James Draco kept up with my annoying questions and concerns. So efficient and easy.

Horrible Customer Service

I just called to speak with someone to get a client Preapproved for a Mobile home loan and the Woman who answered the phone (Joanna) was extremely RUDE. She wouldn't let me speak to anyone or leave a message. Then I asked if I should take my business to another company like 21st Mortgage directly (since that's who they broker their business to and up charge the client a fee anyway, which I just found out) Joanna says " Yea, I think you should", and she Hangs up. Horrible Customer Service
