I received a email with an invoice on the 12th of the month. I emailed back and said I would not pay over the phone as it's a 3 credit card charge. I told them I would send a check and they would get it soon to avoid, the charge. They admitted that their Postal Service is messed up and have not received the check yet for $151. They sent me an invoice on the 15th of that month for an extra three dollars. I can send you the invoice for proof. This company when I called them refused to take the three dollars off. I explained that it was extremely unethical that they charge me $3.00 days after they sent me an invoice. They said they do this with all of their customers and that I am not the first one to complain. They are going to continue to charge me three dollars every month on the 15th if I don't pay the three dollars pass the 151 that I already sent a check for. Resolution Sought I want a refund I do not want to pay three dollars and send them another check just for them to treat me and other clients like shit my desired outcome with that would be that they do allow a 30 day grace period and not charge new clients and even remaining customers extra money just so they can make more money on charge every month .
