At the very least, they need to stop advertising overnight and two day shipping

UPS consistently delays my packages even though I pay for overnight shipping and two day shipping and I order two days ahead of the weekend. They provide poor service and they do their best to avoid the public and complaints by automating their system, and making it extremely difficult to speak to an agent. And even though they know they're not able to provide overnight delivery and overnight services they still accept payment and advertise said services, even though they know they are unable to make delivery.. this is a consistent problem. It happens to me every time I use their services. I'm not even able to order my medication anymore because they are completely inept. Most of my shipments are time sensitive and contain medication that I have to take daily.

Not the same UPS

The UPS warehouse here in Hamilton NJ, where the packages come from before they are delivered to customers has fallen by the wayside. Bad customer service. I used to work for them a few times in the Fall as a Driver Helper, and they are not the same Company. Just bad all the way around now. When I order items and I find out UPS is delivering them, I am on pins and needles hoping I will get my package delivered.
