I was actually in a head on collision with one of United Valet's drivers. He attempted to cut across almost six lanes using a "shortcut" to reach a secondary lot. My car is now $4000 in the hole and without any acknowledgement of it ever happening, due to employees who can't understand paperwork or the claim filing process. I'm in constant check with "ray" the claims adjuster. Ray never seems to be in the office. After 5 status checks I realized this guy leaves for weeks on end. Well the accident occurred in January and I am still calling and fighting today, nearly 6 months down the road. This company should be pros at handling this but now I'm debating bringing a lawyer in to sue for wasted time and work hours with no car, personal stress from fuming out of he ears for half a year and for the illegal shortcut they employ every minute if everyday. I hope this all gets resolved as, tomorrow will be the day I walk into their office and demand they inspect my car and I meet this " ray" character and give him a piece of his own mind after I remove it from his quivering body. Thanks a lot UVP, you really messed me up, as well as the other poor folks on this board.
