Placed a request to exchange a broken garbage container . I was given a two week delay time. However, it's been 5 weeks and several calls with no exchange taking place. Customer service promises delivery the following week I am told each time they are not informed unless customer contacts them AFTER they miss their scheduled appointment . It's been over a month. UWS has no official complaint filing in place on website. Resolution Sought Exchange my broken garbage cotainer!
