Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. They left trash in the street in front of the house.

They left trash in the street in front of house. They should take pride in their work. It's a job. Instead of being blamed for the problem, they should clean up the mess they made. We pay for trash pick up not to have to clean up after them. Customer service shouldn't blame customer. They should have them come back and clean it up.
