Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I contacted them for legal assistance. This company told me u was required to pay a fee to access a network with experienced attorneys that can answer my questions and possibly represent me since I have low income. I gave my card info and paid the $19.90 to enroll for a trial which would give me access. The rep said he would provide me an email after verifying my contact info. I never received an email or anything after the charge. I called back the same number and was transferred to a supervisor upon request who gave me a list of attorneys. All the info was inaccurate and not useful. I called again and they sent another list of more in useful info. I called again to cancel the membership since the info being provided was not useful. All the supervisor offered during the final call was to provide another list. I was completely unsatisfied with the service from this company. I was charged for a service that was not promised. Resolution Sought I feel I should be provided a refund. I was not satisfied with the customer service nor the assistance provided. I contacted them and was provided cancellation confirmation number 6354484. They charged my visa card ending in 4615. I don't think they should be allowed to take advantage of other customers the same way
