BCA's Summary and Analysis:

Complainants allege misrepresentation of the company's ability to provide qualified annuity leads. Some clients allege they are given leads miles from their immediate area; or, lead subjects refuse to answer the door, or are otherwise unavailable. Some clients complain the pre-set appointment information provided is fictitious, or contains erroneous information. Clients complain the potential investors are not made aware of the nature of their presentation call prior to their arrival, or that appointment setters used high pressure tactics to obtain affirmations from prospective clients. Most complainants allege dissatisfaction with the company's "No Refund," policy. When customers request refunds, they are reportedly advised no refunds can be issued, and are offered additional leads or time extensions on service. Most contend, the company replaces bad leads with more bad leads resulting in a run around, and frustration. A few claim the no refund policy is not disclosed prior to agreeing to services.
