pocket bike with no paper work

hi my name is Dwayne my wife tried to buy me a birthday gift for me a pocket size bike and waste has no title no paperwork to register and on top of it no replying no replies no comments no recalls they will not call you back later on shipment over a month late. Now I might have to go to small claims so I can file against this company because of the actions that they shown on the web saying that they have the proper paperwork and they never call you back they might call your email back if they feel like it, the real chill is I'm probably going to know if someone offered a little more money for the activation on my birthday of all things like when you register of a simple motor vehicle and also respect. No matter what the ad says I know web people just not trustworthy, fail iota time in a try to take peoples money take a hundred and twenty dollars of my money that was supposed to make me feel like a good deal happy on my birthday. sorry about the mistyped
