That meat and dairy products be checked, as they tend to spoil easily

My complaint is that today, December 3rd of this year, I went to buy food for lunch. I went to the meat section and ordered pork. I didn't notice when I bought it that it already smelled rotten. I only realized this when I opened the bag and went to wash the meat to cook it. I noticed a putrid smell, so I decided to return the product to the store. Once there, the store manager told me to leave the meat and he would refund me, claiming the product was still edible. However, the product is in a state of decomposition. Therefore, I am filing this complaint because it is not fair that they are selling this type of product with the advertised quality for human consumption. The store is Vallarta Super Market, located at 5951 Niles St., Bakersfield, CA 93306.
