Stay away

They sent me a letter saying they had resources to collect and judgement and would handle it for me. Ten years later, I never heard from them a single time. They let the judgment expire and mentioned they checked into the debtor’s assets only a single time in ten years. It simply takes filing a form to renew a judgment and they didn’t do it. The owner Roy had a bad attitude and instead of apologizing, acted like it was my fault for not contacting them to renew it. His specific response was “We are not required to file the renewal. Nowhere in our contract does it say we need to file the renewal. Furthermore if you look at the contract it says we have full discretion to do as we see fit with the judgment.
”. Apparently his discretion was to do nothing!!
