BCA's Summary and Analysis:

Complainants allege the company is trying to sell territory exclusivity of the same territories to different people, similar products are found in area stores, and the product is not FDA approved. Other complainants allege they are lied to and misled by company representatives. Specifically, a few complainants were told the company has contracts in the works with Wal-Mart and Target stores. One complainant called Wal-Mart corporate offices only to be told there is no such agreement. A few complainants allege non-delivery of the supplies. The company responds to complaints by denying refund requests and referring to the terms of the signed contract. According to the contract if monthly payments are not paid, all deposits and monies paid are non-refundable. The company further states they do have a patent on the product, other companies that sell their products are distributors, and that since there is no fluoride in the toothpaste, it is not required to be FDA approved. The company responds to delivery related complaints by stating the customer already received the products. One complaint remains unanswered.
