Customer purchased vehicle on 7/18/2020-over 24 months ago. While there is an accident reported on the vehicle CarFax, the vehicle is not a salvage car. In the state of New York, it is allowed to sell a vehicle that has had a previous accident reported. We are willing to assist the customer in trading in vehicles for another, credit permitting.

I went to this dealer ship back in September 8, 2020 they took my information and put the loan I went down there to get in his name used my income as his extra income and submitted it to Credit Acceptance and they took the loan based on the information they sent them. I used that person name william Wilson as a secondary cosigner & my brother Curly Taylor as the primary cosigner. I was told to call the insurance company and put the insurance on the lemon car 2017 Honda Accord and took it on a test drive. I came back and myself & William Wilson signed the paperwork & left. I asked for my paperwork I signed they said it will come in the mail. I left and a few weeks later the billing statement came in the mail as William Wilson the owner. We both called the dealer & the financed company & they have no idea who I am Elmira Taylor. The car doesn't work water engine damage they wont fix it & they still won't give me my signed documents and it's been a year. They told the financed company that William Wilson told them he had a extra $1,900 income a month & he's on a fixed SSI income of $803 a month how can he afford a $737 car note plus a $337 car insurance bill every month. They fraudulently submitted documents & the credit acceptance took it. Resolution Sought I want them to take that car out of William Wilson & Curly Taylor's name & compensate me Elmira Taylor for all the money I spent for car note & insurance for the amount of time I've had the car. And they should be a investigation on them

Customer's information was resubmitted to the bank with the information given by the customer at the time. At time of delivery, Customer was given a copy of all paperwork. The date of delivery was September 8, 2020; the complaint was not filed until 1 year later. If there was a discrepancy in the paperwork, we were not made aware of this. We will call the customer to rectify the problem, depending on finance and credit.

I was never given any paperwork at the time of the transaction and they know that for a fact. I asked for the paperwork time & time again. I went to the office several times asking for it's when the car came back in my co-signer name and not mine I went to the dealership and called them and they played stupid, but I never received the paperwork. How can they put a car in someone else name who doesn't have a income to pay $737 when there income is on $825 a month disability. They forged my brothers name to the paperwork as the co- signer. & used his social security number on it completely wrong & submitted it to the finance company & now my brother is liable for that car. If I received the paperwork that day I would've noticed that my name wasn't on it & that the spelling & signing of the paperwork was incorrect. And how would I get the paperwork that day if my brother wasn't at the dealership that day, they told me they was going to his house to to get his signature. And they said after they get his signature they will send me the paperwork. And till this day Iv'e never received it yet. So asked them why my brothers name on the loan application doesn't match his identification.
