Came to this dealer after we were pre-approved through our bank Capital One. This dealer came up as one of the dealers that works with Capital One. We came for a specific car and set an appointment. When we show up a nice man sat with us and got our basic information to pull our pre-approval up. He still insisted we fill out a paper application which seemed weird if they have our pre-approval on file. We asked the rep. 3 times if we can see the car, and if they can find out what they are offering for a trade in value for our car we are trading in before they run our credit. After waiting for almost 2 hours we get an alert that our credit was ran before we even saw the car or spoke numbers regarding our trade in. Shortly after the sales rep comes back and tells us unfortunately someone else put a down payment on the car we came to see and it's unavailable anymore. I am disgusted in this business after this interaction. To give us a run around to see the car we specifically came for AND run our credit before even seeing if the car is still in stock is a ridiculous mistake. This place is not reputable and extremely careless and sloppy. The sales rep was kind but the management in the financial department are scammers here. I am under the impression that they never had that vehicle and are using the bait and switch method to scam their customers. Resolution Sought Stop using the switch bait method it's bad business and to stop running customers credit scores without allowing them to see the vehicles and overall better customer service.

Purchased a car on Thursday March 31, 2022. The going price was $15000. Checked the paperworks only to realize that they had doubled the price. Went back to the dealership to speak to somebody and nobody is available to speak to me. Resolution Sought I want the vehicle for the price I was told I would get it for. This is my 1st time buying a car on my own and this is very disheartening with how I'm being treated as if I have no sense. They were deceptive in their dealing with me.
