I don't trust them to work on my car.

when signing the paperwork they had me sign a section that says I refuse to bring the car to change it. I wonder why, and my windshield was chipped they claim I did that, they agreed to let me take my headlights before I signed any paper work to change cars because I had a unique set of head lights they agreed after I got my new car they gave me the only issue to give me my lights nd me return the stock lights not only that they lied and said they sold the car already and it's only. Been 1 day after customer service was the worst experience by far don't remember they name but the bald spanish guy who claims is a manager is rude and and isn't all about the client more like all about themselves, most the positive reviews here are from people they know so they can make themselves look good to top it of I went to get my car serviced over there and atleast 5 people came complaining about issues they car have to early after purchase and they was giving them a hard time as well to fix they're PLEASEEEEE BE CAREFUL WHEN COMING TO THE WORST DEALERSHIP IN THE BRONX, I also feel like I got overcharged, retail price on paper at dealer was about 22,000 for me to end up oweing 45,000 was absurd I understand banks add interest rate but I don't think my bank interest price was 23,000 extra when signing the paperwork they had me sign a section that says I refuse to bring the car to change it I wonder why, and my windshield was chipped they claim I did that
