Customer Service and Payment Options Terrible

Customer Service is terrible. No online payment option, check only. Mail payment coupons 2 weeks prior to due date. We receive ours 5 days prior to due date. Can not reach by phone so not able to pay over phone. Only option is to pay by check and mail. Of course, receive check late so now a late fee is due. We always pay extra in an effort to pay off early. Found out that is going to late fees. Must have coupon to mail payment or they will not cash check. Endless cycle. Turned in late payment to credit bureaus. Credit has gone from excellent to average and is quickly working way to poor. Would NOT recommend Viewtech Financial Services. Check the web, other review sites have same information.
