I don't understand how my bill up.
Last month my light bill went from $60 something dollars to $90 something. This month my bill was $146.41. I called (ComEd) they said the bill is correct, and that I signed up with Viridian. I never signed up with them. They said that I received a letter to opt out of Viridian. I never received such a letter. Anyway, I paid the balance of $146.41 plus $2.50 fee. I'm not satisfied with what they explained to me. I'm mad as ever, because I think their taking advantage of me. I'm away from home from between 6:30 a.m. to about 9:45 10:15 pm , depending on the bus and how it runs. My girlfriend is out of the house from 7:30 a.m. to about 7:45 p.m. I don't understand how they can charge this.
