Walmart paid my claim to keep me quite from the Media & bad news for Walmart.

After the claims of Walmart damaged my car. They hired some aggressive man to investigate. He said that they didn't damage my VW Beetle & they would not pay the repairs of $589.16. I went & filed a small claims on Walmart for the damages. Walmart's lawyer called & offered $500 the Friday before court hearing on the following Tuesday. I said no! Walmart's lawyer called back on Monday, to offer the $589.16. I agreed after two months of the run around ! The check took two weeks to get check & they ask me to fill out a W-9 to tax me on the money.
Walmart would of never paid for my car if I had not push issue to take them to court!
I have talked to other people that have had a lot of trouble at the Service Centers so BEWARE! I went in for a $10 rear tire plug & ended up with $589.16 broken clutch cable because Walmart Employee doesn't know how to drive a manual transmission!
