I noticed the other 2 Walmart employees watching us as if we were stealing not even paying attention to anyone else
I am 8 1/2 months pregnant and had to do a little shopping with my fiancé for the other kids before going into the hospital. After walking through the store for more then 1hr having mild contractions taking our time we chose to use self check out due to all of the other lines being long . We took our poor time ringing up each item together and was even helped by one of your lose prevention guys after dropping peppers . I did not realize who he was standing behind me until I noticed the other 2 Walmart employees watching us as if we were stealing not even paying attention to anyone else , another customer was trying to get her attention but she was to focused watching us , I laughed and mentioned it to my fiancé. After ringing up EVERY item a message then came across the screen saying there was a problem with our Transaction.. and then the loss prevention guy started to walk away saying they say an item is not scanned ! made us stand there for almost 15mins with us asking for a manager l no one helping us or acting like they had no idea what was happening this was very upsetting and embarrassing . Only for there to be no explanation from the same guy after he came back out and said they ok to the Walmart employee. And us having to ask him what the issue was and why was we standing there with nothing being explained his attitude was nasty and the $162 worth of groceries were left there . You have lost a customer for life ! Walmart on Belvedere & military
