BCA's Summary and Analysis:

Complainants allege responding to promotions for “free” gifts only requiring the complainant to pay shipping and handling fees.. When they contact the company to obtain the gifts they are offered an opportunity to try out a set of custom clubs for a 45 day risk free period. Complainants allege they are asked for a credit card number to be used as a security deposit for the clubs; however they are told the card will not be charged unless they decide to keep the clubs. Instead their cards are charged upon shipment. ~~Most complainants are dissatisfied with the quality of the golf clubs complaining they are not of the quality that was represented. Many complainants allege they are unable to return the clubs upon completion of the trial period that they experience difficulty obtaining RMA numbers failure to refund money after clubs are returned and pressure by the sale person to keep the clubs and accept partial refunds. Other complaints allege the company fails to stop making solicitation calls to them after they have requested not to be contacted again missing or incomplete orders or the wrong items are delivered.~~The company responds to some complaints by issuing full or partial refunds offering discounts for the clubs or providing return authorization numbers delivering clubs or removing the contact from their database. In other cases the company responds by denying refunds based on their 45 day money back guarantee stating items are returned with no RMA and they refer customers to their refund policy.
