My apartment changed the laundry machines without notice from prepaid cards to paying over the app so I called the company to request a refund on all 4 of my prepaid cards. I had over $50 in all four cards combined and after mailing the cards to them, I received a check for 35 cents. Resolution Sought I would like a refund of the correct amount.
