My apartment changed the laundry machines without notice from prepaid cards to paying over the app so I called the company to request a refund on all 4 of my prepaid cards. I had over $50 in all four cards combined and after mailing the cards to them, I received a check for 35 cents. Resolution Sought I would like a refund of the correct amount.

This is the second time I have went through this with this company they took 100 and some of my wash card before they put it back on and I looked again they have now taken $100 back off I have called and try to get in contact with somebody they always saying they're going to connect you with mobile service mobile service never contact you back they do not have a physical office where you can go into you can only talk to them on the phone they are a lousy company my management company said that if they don't replace the money that they can come and pick up their machines for the second time Resolution Sought To send me a refund of my money.
