I have not received my refund check. They send me a letter for refund check 148540 uncashed, which I didn't receive. I mailed in a request to cancel and reissue, but I still have not received any thing, that was back in September 2023. Resolution Sought Send me the refund check.

My spouse and I lived in Portsmouth, NH and moved to Savannah, GA around November 6, 2023. Our insurance in NH ended on 12/31/2023 with Anthem BCBS medical and prescriptions!? We moved to GA in November 2023 and was told that we could only go to emergency room till our insurance in GA BCBS Anthem starts in January 1, 2024. We applied and was told accepted for BCBS Anthem GA was all set and called multiple times. I called four times this week and they say I'm still with Anthem BCBS NH. Resolution Sought This company will not fix this!
