I am tired of dealing with robot voices before I can even get any service.
I am a senior citizen on Anthem MediBlue HMO advantage plan. I was just approved in the state of Georgia for Medicaid. Anthem has a plan called Dual plan which is Medicare and Medicaid. My complaint is about their customer service. I was on the phone for three hours with them because no one knew how to reinstate me, redirect me to the right customer service person without cutting me off, not calling me back or leaving me on the phone for hrs. This is the worst customer service. They are not training their employees properly. I did not have this problem with Anthem in California. This is tying up my ability to keep doctor appointments and tend to my health issues.
