I spent my whole lunch hour just waiting for my chicken sandwich, baked potato and drink

Today 6-16-22 at 1:22 I'm in line waiting for my food and of course it being lunch hour the line was long....the car in front of me had a problem and a sandwich was taken back and then another sandwich comes out and then money is transferred and I'm still waiting for my order....well the manager Tanichia told her to finally to pull up ahead....when it was my turn to get my food I I told her my food better not be cold....I spent my whole lunch hour just waiting for my chicken sandwich, baked potato and drink.....this is unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I told her if my food was cold I was bringing it back....it wasn't hot but it was okay to eat.....this shouldn't happen at lunch time. when you know there's a problem with the order.....tell these customers to pull ahead and let the ones who order a simple lunch be on there way......just because it's a lunch hour doesn't mean it's an hour...

Fire everyone get new managers in their fast food should be fast no complaints and it should be safe and quality.

Every time I go to this Wendy's there are young employees that are unprofessional rude and laughing at customers and taking their time and not getting no orders correct and fussing back with the customers this time. I went in there and was water leaking on their floor that I almost slipped on I spoke to the young manager and she said is always looking like that ,that is not safe for a customer deal with and the young manage she told me it was okay it was acceptable for Wendy's of quality to look like this.
