Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I spent my whole lunch hour just waiting for my chicken sandwich, baked potato and drink

Today 6-16-22 at 1:22 I'm in line waiting for my food and of course it being lunch hour the line was long....the car in front of me had a problem and a sandwich was taken back and then another sandwich comes out and then money is transferred and I'm still waiting for my order....well the manager Tanichia told her to finally to pull up ahead....when it was my turn to get my food I I told her my food better not be cold....I spent my whole lunch hour just waiting for my chicken sandwich, baked potato and drink.....this is unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I told her if my food was cold I was bringing it back....it wasn't hot but it was okay to eat.....this shouldn't happen at lunch time. when you know there's a problem with the order.....tell these customers to pull ahead and let the ones who order a simple lunch be on there way......just because it's a lunch hour doesn't mean it's an hour...
